Pat Stanton retired in 2012 after spending more than 35 years focused on working with public and private sector employers of all sizes to enable them to resolve the legal and practical issues associated with the management of their employees.
During that time, Pat represented clients ranging in size from one part-time employee to 400,000 employees.
His industry experience includes industries such as healthcare, technology, professional services, financial services, retail, hospitality, transportation (including waste collection and recycling), distribution and manufacturing. His clients have ranged in size from multinational employers with hundreds of thousands of employees to a doctor with one part-time receptionist.
His experience includes not only experience in private practice and in-house experience as both a lawyer and a human resources professional.
In addition to practice activities, Pat spent nearly 20 years as a member of the Law Office Management Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and regularly advised professional services firm on issue such as starting up a professional services, effective marketing, staffing and financial controls.
