I can help improve record keeping to impact business performance, which affects the business ability to apply for bank and other external source financing. As a federal budget officer, program support officer and consultant, I have helped many organizations in the areas of : budget formulation, budget preparation, budget execution, budget analysis, cost accounting, program review/evaluation, strategic planning and internal control establishment and implementation. As a federal Public Trust Officer, accountability and responsibility were key tenets of my responsibility as a financial manager. I advised organizations regarding the optimal distribution of money. I made recommendations about how to move money from lower performing aspects of the business to more higher performing ones to expand the business. I evaluated programs and made recommendations about how to strengthen operations. Recently, I advised churches about how to apply for the federal governments "Paycheck Protection Program", with special emphasis on the "forgiveness" component of this loan.
